Marc Andreottola is a multimedia artist based in Hudson, New York. He is currently developing a few projects. One is VOID CODE, an AI short film series about a carnival planet overrun by robots. He’s also working on more complex 3D designs for droids that are found within that universe.

He earned his MFA in Creative Writing from Brown University and has had stories published by Akashic Press, The Lifted Brow, K48 Magazine and elsewhere. He also wrote and directed a play for the New York Fringe Festival in 2008.

For years Marc worked as a photographer and still shoots image on black-and-white film, with a focus on Americana, abandoned buildings, rural areas and liminal spaces.

He currently works at xAI as an AI Tutor (Human Data team) helping to train Grok to be the best AI in the world.
